Halloween Night, Paris, 2018
Maxime Chanet, Parisian photographer and beloved brother of Tigre, was coming home from a wild halloween party, wearing a weird & sweaty skeleton costume. He got home, wasted, took it off and threw it away into the darkness and fell asleep naked on the sofa.
The next morning he wakes up, super hungover, goes into his room and sees this evil (or funny) silhouette looking at him in this exact position, so he grabbed his camera and took a photo of it.
He felt like a dead body was laying on his bed, so Max decided to steel it´s soul forever.
In Casa Tigre we love the stories as much as we love our creations, and this one is surely a killer.
We are so proud to start our new photographers series (funerals and divorces only, of course) with photographer extraordinaire Maxime Chanet, who started shooting at the age of 13 in between skating and punk rock.
This t-shirt is hand-printed over a 50% modal / 50 % organic cotton fabric, using a silk-screen process, so all batches will be slightly different from each other.
